Coordinate System in Kratos

Kratos uses a right-hand coordinate system with Z axis representing the height (vertical axis). (See the Kratos coordinate system section for more information)

When working on a project, make sure that all of the systems involved use the correct origin and axes orientation to communicate with each other.

See the chart below to check the coordinate system used by third party systems :

While interfacing Kratos with other systems, you might want to remap the axis orientation to match the one used by the third party system. This can be done in the PSN Module settings by changing the X Remap, Y Remap and Z Remap values. See the PSN Module for more information.
